Thought Leadership & Engagement

Thought Leadership Presentation in the Innovation Track

Investment: EUR 2,750

The audience that matters most is the one that came to learn, not to be sold to.

The Innovation Track runs throughout ASIS Europe, drawing delegates who are actively seeking new thinking on the challenges shaping the security profession. A 20-minute presentation slot in this track puts your organisation’s expertise in front of that audience — not as an exhibitor, but as a contributor to the conversation.

This is not a product showcase. It is a platform for genuine insight: original research, practitioner perspectives, emerging threat analysis, case studies, or forward-looking thinking on the issues your buyers are navigating. The sponsors who use this slot well leave the room having shifted how the audience thinks about a problem — with their organisation’s name attached to that shift.

Presentations are subject to editorial review and approval by ASIS Europe. This is not a formality. It is what ensures the Innovation Track maintains the audience quality and trust that makes this slot worth having. Content that is commercial, product-led, or promotional in nature will be returned for revision. Thought leadership, practitioner insight, and evidence-based perspectives are what work here — and what the audience will stay in the room for.

What’s included:

  • One 20-minute presentation slot in the Innovation Track
  • Your organisation listed as a speaker in the event programme and app, with session title and description
  • Slide deck subject to ASIS Europe editorial review prior to the event

What makes a strong submission:

  • A clear point of view, not a product overview
  • Original data, research, or case study material where possible
  • A topic that addresses a challenge the ASIS Europe audience is actively facing
  • A title that a delegate would choose to attend, not one that signals a vendor pitch

Thought Leadership & Leads Generation

Amplification Package

Your Thinking, in Front of the Right Audience — Before, During, and After the Event

Investment: EUR 2,500 | 3 available | One sponsor per package

The best conference conversations don’t stay in the room. This package extends your presence beyond the show floor and into the channels where the ASIS Europe audience spends time the rest of the year.

At its core is a piece of thought leadership content — an article written by or with your team, published on the ASIS Europe blog and amplified across three distinct channels reaching a combined audience of over 180,000 security professionals.

The three channels:

  • ASIS International LinkedIn (211K+ followers)
A targeted post to the ASIS International LinkedIn page — the largest professional security community on the platform. Critically, this is not a broadcast to the full 178K. Using LinkedIn’s native audience filters, the post is targeted to the segment most relevant to your objectives. Filters can be applied across location, job function, industry, seniority, and company size. The same targeting applies to the ASIS Europe LinkedIn post, ensuring a consistent and focused reach across both.
  • ASIS Europe LinkedIn (7000+ followers)
A dedicated post to the ASIS Europe company page — a tightly engaged community of European security professionals and event participants.
  • EuroDynamics — ASIS Europe Monthly Member Newsletter
Your article featured in EuroDynamics, the monthly newsletter distributed to 2,500–3,000 paid ASIS members across Europe. This is a peer audience of senior security practitioners — not a general mailing list — with an introduction to your article and a direct link through to the full piece on the ASIS Europe blog.

What’s included:

  • One thought leadership article published on the ASIS Europe blog, with author credit, link to your company website, and author contact details if desired
  • Article reference and link in the ASIS Europe blog section of the ASIS International LinkedIn page (211K+ followers), targeted to your chosen audience segments
  • Post on the ASIS Europe LinkedIn company page (7000+ followers)
  • Article introduction and link in EuroDynamics, distributed to 2,500–3,000 ASIS members across Europe

Content note: articles should offer genuine insight relevant to the professional security community — original research, practitioner perspectives, emerging risk analysis, or forward-looking commentary. Content is subject to editorial review by ASIS Europe. Articles that are promotional or product-led in nature will be returned for revision. If you are unsure whether your proposed topic is a good fit, speak to your account contact before drafting.

Audience targeting: LinkedIn filters are selected in consultation with your account contact ahead of publication. We will confirm the estimated reach for your chosen filter combination before the post goes live.

Pre-Event Newsletter

Reach Confirmed Attendees Before the Doors Open

Investment:
Series sponsorship (all 3 newsletters): EUR 1,950  — one sponsor, exclusive
Individual newsletter: EUR 750  — one sponsor per issue

The most engaged audience you will reach all year.

Every recipient of the ASIS Europe pre-event newsletter has already registered for the conference. They are not prospects who may or may not attend. They are confirmed senior security professionals who have committed their time and travel budget to be in the room — and they are actively preparing for the event when these newsletters land in their inbox.

Three newsletters are sent in the weeks before the conference, each carrying a mix of session previews, speaker highlights, practical know-before-you-go information, and content from the ASIS Europe editorial team. Open rates for pre-event communications of this kind consistently outperform standard marketing email — delegates read them because they need to.

Sponsoring these newsletters puts your organisation in that moment of engagement, consistently and exclusively.

Two ways to sponsor:

Series Sponsorship — EUR 1,950 + VAT
One sponsor. All three newsletters. Exclusive presence across the entire pre-event communications journey, from first newsletter to final send before the conference opens. The most effective way to build familiarity and anticipation with the delegate audience before you meet them on site.

Individual Newsletter Sponsorship — EUR 750 + VAT per issue
One sponsor per newsletter. For organisations who want targeted presence at a specific point in the pre-event timeline — for example, the final newsletter sent closest to the event, when delegate attention and intent are at their peak. Available only where series sponsorship is not taken.

What each newsletter sponsorship includes:
— Dedicated banner advertisement (artwork supplied by sponsor, specifications provided on booking)
— Sponsored content block: up to 100 words and a call to action, written by or approved with the sponsor — clearly labelled as sponsored content
— Link to a destination of your choice (website, landing page, meeting booking page)

Content note: sponsored content blocks are subject to ASIS Europe editorial approval. Content should be relevant to the delegate audience and consistent with the professional tone of the newsletter. Product advertising copy will be returned for revision. Thought leadership, event-relevant insight, and meeting invitations work best.

Delegates who have seen your name and content before they arrive are warmer when they reach your stand, your session, or your Leadership Suite.

Engagement

Corner Booth Location

On a busy exhibition floor, location is everything.

Investment: EUR 550 | Limited availability
(Only applies to 9sqm booths)

A corner booth has two open sides instead of one, which means more sightlines, more natural entry points, and more of the passing delegate traffic actually stopping rather than walking past. It is the same 9 sqm footprint with a meaningfully better position — and at €550, it is the simplest upgrade available in the exhibition.

Corner locations are limited by the floor layout and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Available exclusively as an upgrade for 9 sqm stand bookings.

Data & Leads Generation

Leads & Data Package

GDPR-Compliant Attendee Data and On-Site Lead Capture

Investment: EUR 2,750 | Available as an add-on to exhibit and engagement packages

The most common question after a conference is: who did we actually reach? This package answers it — before the event closes and in the weeks that follow.

It combines two distinct capabilities: structured attendee data from delegates who have actively opted in to hear from companies in your category, and a live badge scanning tool for capturing and qualifying every conversation your team has on the show floor.

Part 1 — Attendee Data (GDPR Opt-In)

Ahead of the event, you will receive a list of product and solution categories. Select up to five that best reflect your company’s offering. Registered delegates who have opted in to receive communications from companies in your selected categories — and who have interacted with your organisation during the event — will be included in your post-event data package.

Interactions that qualify include:
— Attending your thought leadership or sponsored presentation
— Attending a plenary session or networking function you have sponsored

All data is collected under GDPR-compliant opt-in. Every contact in your package has actively indicated willingness to hear from companies in your categories. This is not a full delegate list — it is a filtered, permission-based list of attendees who are genuinely open to follow-up.

Note: the attendee data element of this package requires a qualifying interaction point — a thought leadership presentation, sponsored session, or sponsored function. If your package does not include one of these, speak to your account contact about the options available.

Part 2 — Exhibit Visitor Lead Scanner

Every member of your stand team will have access to a badge scanning feature within the official ASIS Europe event app. Scan a delegate’s badge, add qualifying notes about the conversation, and the lead is captured instantly — no business cards, no manual entry after the event.

All scanned leads are stored in the Exhibitor Portal, accessible to your designated account holder. Qualifying criteria and follow-up categories can be configured in the portal before the event opens, so your team arrives with a consistent framework for categorising conversations. The full lead list can be exported at any time.

Together, these two tools give you a complete picture of your engagement at ASIS Europe — the opt-in audience you reached through your content and sponsorship activity, and the individual conversations your team had on the floor.

Leads Capture Tool

Badge Scanning and Lead Qualification for Your Stand Team

Investment: EUR 375 | Available as an add-on to any exhibit or engagement package

No business cards. No manual entry after the event. No leads lost because someone forgot to follow up.

The Lead Capture Tool gives every member of your stand team a badge scanning feature within the official ASIS Europe event app. Scan a delegate’s badge, add notes about the conversation and how to prioritise follow-up, and the lead is captured instantly and stored centrally.

Before the event opens, your designated account holder can configure qualifying criteria and follow-up categories in the Exhibitor Portal — so your team arrives with a consistent framework for every conversation rather than improvising on the day. The full lead list is available to export at any time.

What’s included:
— Badge scanning for all stand team members via the ASIS Europe event app
— In-app conversation notes and lead qualification at point of scan
— Centralised lead storage, accessible and exportable via the Exhibitor Portal
— Pre-event configuration of qualifying criteria and follow-up categories

Note: the Lead Capture Tool covers conversations on the show floor. If you also want post-event access to opt-in attendee data from delegates who interacted with your sessions or sponsored functions, see the Leads & Data Package (EUR 2,750).

Branding

Event App Banner Ad

Digital Presence Where Every Delegate Spends Their Time

Investment: EUR 750 | only 5 spots available

The ASIS Europe event app is the delegate’s primary tool for the entire conference — used to navigate the schedule, connect with other attendees, find sessions, locate exhibitors, and orient themselves on the show floor. Every registered attendee downloads it. Most have it open throughout both days.

A banner ad in the app puts your brand and your message in that environment: visible every time a delegate checks what’s on next, where they’re going, or who they need to find.

Each placement is a static branded banner displayed prominently within the app interface, with a direct click-through link to a destination of your choice — your website, a product page, a meeting booking link, or a dedicated landing page for ASIS Europe attendees. You choose where the click goes.

With only five spots available across the full event, app banner ads are one of the most straightforward ways to extend your presence beyond your stand or session and stay in front of the delegate audience throughout the conference.

What’s included:
— Static banner ad displayed in the official ASIS Europe event app for the duration of the conference
— Click-through link to a URL of your choice
— Live from app launch until will after the event

Artwork note: sponsor supplies banner artwork to the required specification. Dimensions and file format confirmed on booking.

5 spots available. Allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Only available as an addon to a exhibit of sponsorship package

Branding & Engagement

NEW: Escalator banner

The Most Visible Single Asset at ASIS Europe

Investment: EUR 3,950  | 1 available | Exclusive

Every delegate. Every visit to the exhibition. Impossible to miss.

The ASIS Europe escalator banner hangs double-sided over the escalators connecting the conference level — where the Plenary and Leadership Track sessions take place — to the lower exhibition floor. It is the single point through which the entire delegate audience passes, repeatedly, throughout both days of the event.

At 4.2 metres wide and 1.5 metres tall, displayed on both faces, this is the largest branded format available at the conference and the only one of its kind. There is no equivalent position in the venue for sheer scale and guaranteed visibility.

For sponsors who want their name to be the one every delegate carries in their head from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, this is the asset.

What’s included:
— Double-sided banner (4.2m × 1.5m per side) hung over the escalators for the full duration of the conference
— Full-bleed print on both faces — your artwork, your message, at scale
— Production and installation included
— Your organisation listed as Escalator Banner Sponsor in the event app and conference programme
— Category exclusivity — one sponsor, no sharing

Artwork note: sponsor supplies print-ready artwork to specification. Artwork must be approved and submitted by the deadline confirmed on booking. Specifications and deadline provided on booking confirmation.

One available. Allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Branding & Engagement

NEW: Venue-Wide Display Advertising (various locations)

Your message, where the audience is moving.

Investment:

  • EUR 950 per screen
  • Bundle of 3 screens: EUR 2,250

Exclusive to one sponsor per screen | Available as an add-on to any sponsorship or exhibit package

ASIS Europe’s venue features a network of 55-inch (1080 x 1920 portrait) digital vertical display screens positioned throughout the conference spaces — in delegate corridors, at session entrances, and in the areas between the exhibition, the Plenary, and the Leadership Track rooms. These are not tucked-away secondary spaces. They are the routes every delegate walks multiple times each day.

Each screen is exclusively yours for the duration of the conference (4 and 5 March). No rotation with other sponsors, no sharing. Your brand and your message, displayed continuously across both days to an audience of senior security professionals.
