At ASIS Europe 2026, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for our global security community. We are pleased to offer AI-powered simultaneous translation during the majority of the sessions of this year’s event through Wordly.ai.

Where Translation Will Be Available

Simultaneous translation will be available for the following sessions:

• Plenary Sessions
• Leadership Track 1
• Leadership Track 2
• Innovation Track

These sessions will feature real-time translation powered by Wordly.ai, enabling attendees to listen and engage in their preferred language directly from their personal devices.

How It Works

Using Wordly is simple:

• Bring your smartphone (required to access the service)
• Scan the QR code displayed in the session room/at the door or use the links provided in the event app
• Select your preferred language
• Listen via audio (please bring your own headphones) or follow along with live captions

Translation is available in over 60 languages. In addition, English captions will be available for attendees who prefer to read along with the session in English.

No additional hardware or app download is required—just your device and headphones.

Why Not All Tracks?

Leadership Track 3 and Leadership Track 4 will not offer simultaneous translation. These tracks are intentionally designed to be highly interactive, with dynamic discussions, audience participation, and small-group exchanges that are not well suited to AI-powered translation technology.

To preserve the quality and engagement of these interactive sessions, translation services will not be provided in these rooms.
