Viktor Drobotenko is the CEO of SK Security, a Ukrainian company providing integrated corporate and private security solutions - from business intelligence and investigations to risk analytics, due diligence, and crisis management. He advises corporations, law firms, and investors on mitigating geopolitical, operational, and reputational risks, leveraging advanced OSINT/HUMINT methods, analytical modelling, and intelligence-led decision-making. Before entering the private sector, Viktor built a successful 25-year career in law enforcement, including more than ten years in senior leadership positions. Over the course of his service, he gained experience across a broad spectrum of operations - from maintaining public order to investigating complex transnational and high-technology crimes committed by organised criminal groups. He completed his law enforcement career in the CyberPolice, where he specialised in investigating cyberattacks and countering hybrid Russian threats and information operations targeting critical infrastructure and corporate networks. Viktor also led international cooperation initiatives and served several long-term assignments in peacekeeping missions, working alongside police, military, and civilian counterparts to ensure security and stability in post-conflict environments. He also is current Chair of the ASIS International Ukraine Chapter, where his leadership focuses on aligning Ukrainian experience with international standards and strengthening public-private collaboration in the field of corporate and national security. As a frequent speaker, trainer, and moderator at professional events, Viktor has addressed topics including due diligence, internal investigations, corporate intelligence, hybrid warfare, and resilience strategy. His professional mission is to translate Ukraine’s experience of modern warfare, drone-enabled hybrid operations, and cyber-enabled threats into actionable insights for the global corporate-security community. He is fluent in Ukrainian and English, and may contribute to strategic discussions on risk management, emerging threats, and security governance in both languages.
