Head of Customer Success for EMEA, Seerist
Tom is Head of Customer Success for EMEA at Seerist. His team are responsible for supporting over 250 customers in ensuring that they derive the utmost benefit from the Seerist online platform – either through hands-on, intelligence-led training – or through customised, consultative support around specific risk monitoring. Prior to joining Seerist, Tom led the Online Solutions Team at Seerist’s parent organisation, Control Risks, for 5 years. He has also worked across commercial and product management roles at both Jane’s and Lloyds List Intelligence – always with a consistent focus on ensuring that solutions are responding to the demands of security and risk buyers as effectively as possible.
