Stuart Eustace, CPP

Global Lead Risk, Security & Crisis Management, pladis, UK
Leaving high school at 16 with basic qualifications, Stuart began his career 1999 with 7 years’ service in the British Military before naturally falling into the high-risk protection industry at the start of 2006. Working as an operator in various troubled locations around the world, Stuart embarked on a journey to further educate himself in the field of security and risk management. He obtained the ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP®) designation in 2013 and added the Physical Security Professional (PSP®) certification in 2017.

Over time, Stuart gained experience in security risk management consulting and joined Control Risks as Lead Consultant to a major mining organisation in West Africa, before a move to the United Kingdom from Spain in 2015 saw Stuart join United Biscuits as Group Security Manager.

Since that time, United Biscuits has become a member of the pladis family and Stuart became the Global Head of Risk, Security & Crisis Management for the pladis organisation, the position he occupies today. Stuart has a busy life with a young family and a demanding day job spanning a global estate represented in over 112 countries across the world, yet continues to find the time to strive to better his own and others in the industries experience, knowledge and level of education by leading the ASIS UK Young Professionals initiative.
