Shane MONE is the CEO of SEVEN, a security engineering company dedicated to large international events.
After starting his professional career with the French Wrestling Federation, he specialized in the organization and planning of major events. Thanks to his experience, he gains in-depth expertise in logistics, planning, budget management, and coordination of human security systems.
Building on this experience, he then joined OLIPS as an Operations Manager, where his role involved managing the operational organization of major events in France such as the French Open (Roland Garros), the Accor Arena, and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) at the Parc des Princes. Responsible for ensuring the security of these iconic venues, he gained a thorough mastery of private security and partnerships with state forces.
He later joined the security management team for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games as Deputy to the Operations Director.
A graduate of AMOS Business School with a Master of Business in Sport, he possesses an in-depth knowledge of the organization of large sporting events.
In 2018, he traveled to Senegal with a team of volunteers for a humanitarian mission focused on sport and electricity access. He also has extensive knowledge of Colombia, where he regularly stays.
