With almost 25 years of experience in enterprise security and business continuity, Radek Havlis helps organizations manage risks and achieve resilience in complex, multinational environments. Currently, he is Vice President of Business Resilience and Chief Security Officer at O2 Telefónica Germany, one of the largest ICT companies in Germany and Europe, where he leads an integrated division of 100+ professionals in cyber security, corporate security, and crisis and business continuity management, reporting to the Executive Board.

He’s got two university Master degrees: Master’s in Law and Legal Science, and Master in Business Administration. In addition, he holds several prestigious credentials such as PMP (Project Management Professional) , CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CPP (Certified Protection
Professional), CSyP (Chartered Security Professional) and FSyI (Fellow of the The Security Institute of the United Kingdom).

He is a former Global and European Board Member of ASIS International.
