I am working for NXP Semiconductors since 2016, currently in the role of manager for the IP Protection & Compliance team. This team is managing the Insider Risk Management solution which we have established in the past 2 years.

I report into the Chief Information Security to work horizontally across all IT-domains to make sure the internal customer needs are met on best possible manner. This way I contribute to the NXP mission of “enabling secure connections for a smarter world”.

Furthermore, I am the chair of the Dutch Multinationals-ISAC which is established to facilitate for its members the exchange of information, concerning threats, vulnerabilities and security incidents on members’ networks and environments.

I previously worked as CIO of a small company called Astrata (a spin-off from Qualcomm) and before this assignment I have been working in multiple positions within Atos. Many of which were related to IT-architecture and overall IT-management.
