Dr Jose Marquez is a security and resilience professional with extensive academic and international corporate experience. He holds a PhD cum laude in Security and Resilience, a Master’s degree in Excellence, Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, and a Graduate degree in Advanced Security Studies. He also completed the prestigious Strategy Leadership Program at Georgetown University (USA). Throughout his career, he combined academic expertise with executive responsibility in multinational environments. He previously served as Corporate Security Director at Wanadoo-Orange (Spain) and as Regional Security Director at DHL Supply Chain, overseeing operations across Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In these roles, he led strategic security programmes, crisis management frameworks and resilience initiatives in highly complex operational contexts.
