Erica Brown is the Director of Certification at ASIS International. She has nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the credentialing industry. At ASIS, she leads a team of certification professionals in the management, development, and global administration of four ISO/IEC 17024:2012 certification programs. In past roles, Erica has managed a team of program managers for an assessment consulting company and oversaw a large-scale licensure program. Erica currently serves as Chair of the ICE Exchange Program Committee for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. Past ICE volunteer service includes Chair of the Research & Development Fundraising committee and member of the Education and Nominating committees. Erica also served as the Public Member on the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) Board of Directors. She has presented at ICE, PTC, and ATP.
