Audun Martinsen is a crisis management and security professional with operational roots in the Norwegian Police and the Fire & Rescue Service. He currently serves as VP and Head of Crisis Management for Telenor Group, where he develops and maintains the Group’s Security Governance and Crisis Management framework and supports leadership teams across multiple markets in strengthening preparedness and decision-making. He also leads the Group Crisis Management team.

Audun holds a bachelor’s degree in leadership and emergency management and a master’s degree in strategic crisis management. His work focuses on practical crisis leadership, organizational resilience, and building teams that can perform under uncertainty. With experience from both frontline emergency services and large-scale corporate environments, he brings a people-focused approach to crisis work, emphasizing psychological safety, clear communication, and collaboration. Audun also contributes to crisis preparedness through training, facilitation, and speaking engagements on crisis leadership and security culture.
