We work with the exhibit stand builder A-Booth. They prepared a webshop for you to arrange stand details and order additional optional items. The person designated by the exhibiting company as logistics contact person will be sent a login to access the webshop.

We work with the freight and logistics partner Kristal. Here are the shipping guidelines and shipment information form.
Exhibitors are free to use their preferred freight carrier / shipping company.
Regardless of the supplier chosen for the shipment, exhibitors are requested to complete the form or send shipment information to [email protected] so the organiser knows what shipped materials to expect and to authorise in the building. Information requested by 21 February.
