For other additional services like higher electricity power, catering or dedicated internet line, see the exhibitor manual. Important: order furniture by 23 February at the latest to ensure availability and avoid higher rates.

Shipments to the Messe Wien Congress Center are not allowed and will be returned to the sender. Shipments need to be addressed to the advance warehouse. Direct deliveries on the day of exhibition set up are authorized – see exhibitor manual and shipping guidelines.
We work with the freight and logistics partner Kristal Logistics. All advance deliveries need to be arranged with them. Here are the shipping guidelines and shipment information/material handling form that you need to fill in. Exhibitors are free to use their preferred shipping company as long as it is arranged in cooperation with Kristal for the advance warehouse.
Regardless of the supplier chosen for the shipment, exhibitors are requested to complete the form or send shipment information to [email protected] so the organiser knows what materials to expect . Information required by 20 February.

Additional leadership passes are available at the rate of 950 EUR + VAT (incl Security Leaders Networking Dinner) or 840 EUR + VAT (without the dinner)

IMPORTANT: Exhibit Staff Registration MUST be received before the event and strictly by Friday 8 March 2024. Any exhibit staff registered after that date or onsite will be charged 100 EUR + VAT per badge.
