Standard Package includes:
Booth Structure:
Shell scheme booths consist of a metal structure with walls of 2,5m high and the length and width specified as per the contracted booth space. The wall system is the Bematrix. The walls are white panels and located as per the floor plan specifications. Exhibitors can order wall upgrades (graphics, screen) with the stand builder. See example below.
Flooring
Anthracite grey carpet is provided inclusive – you have the option to upgrade this and order for another floor or colour at your own costs with our standbuilder (see online order form).
Namecard
A company namecard will be produced with the name of the exhibiting company and place on top (backwall) or side of the booth wall.
Furniture:
The standard 9 sqm booth includes
- 1 rectangle trestle table,
- 2 folding chairs
- 1 litterature display
- 1 waste bin
- 1 electrical outlet
- 2 spotlight.
Any other furniture should be rented with the standbuilder and ordered through their online form (as of October).
Basic electricity usage and main connection costs are included – see additional orders for higher electricity power options.
Additional Furniture and options
A detailed exhibitor catalogue will be provided as of October – in the meantime, below are indicative prices. Prices are excluding 21 % VAT and for the duration of the event.
Furniture:
- 1 high cocktail table : € 50,00
- 2 high chairs : € 50,00
- 1 palm type of plant : ficus elastica € 25,00
- 2 poufs : € 37,50
Graphics
- Seamless graphic prints: 360€ for a 3m x 2,5m wall
- Meterboard signage: 150€
AV/IT Equipment
- 43″ screen : 300€
- 55″ screen: 400€
- Internet: Basic Wi-Fi will be provided during the event in the exhibition area and meeting rooms (not for downloads). Maximum bandwidth by user is 5Mb/s. If you require a high bandwidth internet access, it is required to place an order with the venue – see upgrade packages
