20 Feb DEI Breakfast: Unconscious Bias – Awareness & Action

Join us on 5 March for an engaging and thought-provoking DEI Breakfast at ASIS Europe 2025, where we will explore the impact of unconscious bias—how it shapes our decisions, interactions, and workplace culture. Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, this session will help attendees identify their own biases and recognise when they may be affected by bias themselves.

Our speaker, Bridget Brookfield, HR Director at G4S UK & Ireland, will share insights and strategies for addressing bias effectively. Facilitators Simon Martindill and Kasia Aziewicz will guide small-group discussions, creating a safe and inclusive space for all participants to share their experiences—because unconscious bias can impact anyone.

This session is for everyone, including those who may not see themselves as typical DEI event attendees. Expect a practical, open, and respectful conversation that leaves you with tools to challenge unconscious bias—both in yourself and in others.
