A data package is an invaluable addition to your engagement package. Through our GDPR opt-in, this allows you to directly engage with participants who have opted in to one of your product or solution categories and interacted with your company during the event, online or onsite. Interactions can mean attending your thought leader presentation, your sponsored presentation, the plenary or networking function you sponsored. The list of product and solution categories is provided ahead of the event for you to select 5 that best reflect your company product range.

Also included is the Exhibit Visitor Leads Scanner. On the event mobile application, all participants from your company will have a special feature allowing them to scan exhibit visitor badges and qualify them according to the conversation for better follow up. All scanned leads will be available on the Exhibitor Portal, where qualifying questions can also be configured before the event. The Exhibitor Portal will be accessible to the main contact person for the exhibiting company. The list of leads can be exported anytime from the same platform.

This is an additional benefit granted by ASIS Europe to sponsors and companies purchasing a Data Package. It comes in addition to the connection with participants who have opted in to one of your product or solution categories and interacted with your company during the event.

A data package only works in combination with a thought leader presentation or a sponsorship.
